Gdynia wchodzi w kolejny etap realizacji programu „Mieszkanie Plus“
W połowie października rozpocznie się rekrutacja chętnych na „Mieszkanie Plus” w Gdyni. Miasto jako jedno z pierwszych przystąpiło do programu i wybudowało sześć budynków w dzielnicy Kacze Buki.
Władze Gdyni przeprowadzają teraz badanie potrzeb potencjalnych najemców. Od środy zainteresowani mieszkaniami mogą wypełniać specjalne ankiety. Ich wynik posłuży przygotowaniu procedury naborowej. Realizując program „Mieszkanie Plus”, chcemy odpowiedzieć na najpilniejsze potrzeby mieszkańców, mówi prezydent Gdyni Wojciech Szczurek. Miasto planuje też wprowadzić dopłaty, dzięki którym czynsz za mieszkanie mógłby być niższy nawet o 1/3. Pierwszeństwo w otrzymaniu mieszkania z rządowego programu będą mieli seniorzy i rodziny z niepełnosprawnymi dziećmi, tłumaczy Katarzyna Gruszecka – Spychała, wiceprezydent Gdyni. Dodatkowe 10 punktów zostanie przyznane za zamieszkanie na terenie miasta i rozliczanie PIT w Gdyni. Określono również maksymalny dochód, który uprawnia do zawarcia umowy najmu na „Mieszkanie Plus”. Osoby chcące uczestniczyć w programie nie mogą być właścicielem innego lokalu, także spółdzielczego – warunek ten dotyczy wszystkich członków gospodarstwa domowego. Ankiety, które będzie można wypełniać do 14 października znajdują się na stronie www.mieszkanieplusgdynia.pl Proces rekrutacyjny ruszy pod koniec października. Ci, którzy przejdą go pomyślnie, klucze do mieszkań otrzymają w styczniu.
