GDYNIA: Ogólnopolskie Spotkania Podróżników, Żeglarzy i Alpinistów
W Gdyni rozpoczynają się Kolosy – Ogólnopolskie Spotkania Podróżników, Żeglarzy i Alpinistów. To już 16 edycja imprezy, której rozwój najlepiej widać na przykładzie tegorocznego programu – zaplanowano ponad sto prelekcji podróżników, wiele atrakcji towarzyszących oraz salę na 4 tysiące osób w Gdynia Arena. Kolosy to przede wszystkim nagrody wręczane podróżnikom za poprzedni rok działalności. Przyznaje je kapituła konkursu w ostatni dzień spotkań – wybiera Super Kolosa, laureatów Nagrody im. Andrzeja Zawady i nagród specjalnych oraz laureatów Kolosów za dokonania roku. W skład kapituły wchodzą wybitni podróżnicy. Prócz nich swoją nagrodę przyznają dziennikarze oraz publiczność, która swojego faworyta wybiera oceniając prelekcje. Tych na tegorocznej imprezie możemy zobaczyć ponad sto, a pokazy potrwają nawet do późnych godzin wieczornych. Program jest przebogaty – zachęca Agnieszka Krasińska z Urzędu Miasta Gdynia. Prezentacje rozpoczną się o 10:15, w weekend o 09:30 – w Gdynia Arena przy ulicy Kazimierza Górskiego. Kolosy potrwają do niedzieli.
