Gdynia od poniedziałku włączy się w obchody Tygodnia Mobilności – czyli Europejskiego Tygodnia Zrównoważonego Transportu.
– Gdynia włącza się w nią od lat by pokazać, że można wygodnie żyć bez samochodu – mówi wiceprezydent Gdyni Katarzyna Gruszecka-Spychała.
To największa ogólnoeuropejska akcja na rzecz jakości życia w mieście, bezpieczeństwa w ruchu drogowym i ochrony środowiska. Od poniedziałku do piątku w Gdynia InfoBox odbywać się będą „Spotkania z ekspertami przy kawie” – zawsze od 17:00. Na fragmencie ulicy Starowiejskiej będzie ograniczone parkowanie. – Wprowadzamy je na odcinku od 3 Maja do Mściwoja w porozumieniu z tamtejszymi przedsiębiorcami – mówi Alicja Pawłowska z Zarządu Dróg i Zieleni. Kulminacją Tygodnia Mobilności w Gdyni będzie festyn na Molo Południowym – 22 września czyli w Dniu Bez Samochodu. Dojechać tam można trolejbusem linii 21.
