Trójwymiarowe modele przyrządów optycznych do armat morskich – to jeden z nowych nabytków Akademii Marynarki Wojennej w Gdyni.
Uczelnia zaprezentowała wczoraj nowe symulatory – broni podwodnej, uzbrojenia artyleryjskiego, identyfikacji obiektów oraz łączności. Modernizacja bazy naukowo – dydaktycznej kosztowała 6 mln 800 tysięcy złotych. Jak jednak podkreślali na pokazie wykładowcy – ćwiczenia na uczelnianym sprzęcie są o wiele tańsze od tych w terenie, przykładowo wirtualny wystrzał z armaty nawet o 500 razy. Symulatory pozwalają też doskonalić umiejętności w bezpiecznych warunkach. Bazę naukowo – dydaktyczną Akademii Marynarki Wojennej wzbogacono w ramach modernizacji technicznej Sił Zbrojnych RP. Nowe symulatory są na wyposażeniu Instytutu Uzbrojenia Okrętowego i Informatyki.
