Gdańsk przygotowuje się do uchwały krajobrazowej
Gdańsk jako jedno z pierwszych miast w Polsce przygotowuje własną uchwałę, według której będzie mniej reklam i opłaty za ekspozycje w mieście.
– Jednak nie nastąpi to szybko – mówi Michał Szymański z Referatu Estetyzacji Miasta.
To efekt ustawy krajobrazowej, która wyposaża samorządy lokalne w narzędzia prawne niezbędne do skutecznej walki o jakość przestrzeni publicznej. To będzie kres samowoli reklamowej. Przygotowywanie nowych regulacji zaczęło się wczoraj podczas sesji Rady Miasta Gdańska. Po przyjęciu uchwały powołany zostanie zespół konsultacyjny ds. współpracy przy opracowywaniu tych zasad.
