Choinki z poduszek, filiżanek, butelek czy kabanosów można podziwiać w Europejskim Centrum Solidarności w Gdańsku. Wystawa przygotowana jest z myślą o wychowankach hospicjum i dzieciach osieroconych. Na wystawie można zobaczyć około dwudziestu choinek, których fundatorami są pomorskie przedsiębiorstwa.
Nietypowe materiały, z których zostały wykonane – jak choćby choinka szkoły tańca ozdobiona kastanietami, wachlarzami i hiszpańskimi chustami, nawiązują do przedmiotów związanych z działalnością tych firm lub są przez nie produkowane. Lubiana przygotowała drzewko przystrojone miniaturowymi porcelanowymi filiżanki, a firma Super Osłony zrobiła kolorową choinkę w stylu dziecięcym z maskotkami i motywami baśniowymi. – Firmy chcą w ten sposób pomóc dzieciom z Domowego Hospicjum im. księdza Dutkiewicza oraz z Funduszu Dzieci Osieroconych. Warto te oryginalne choinki zobaczyć – zachęca Arkadiusz Bilecki z Europejskiego Centrum Solidarności. Wstęp na wystawę jest bezpłatny. Choinki można oglądać w siedzibie gdańskiego ECS do 6 stycznia 2015 roku.
