Przed Sądem Apelacyjnym w Gdańsku odbędzie się dziś rozprawa w sprawie dwojga dzieci w rodzinie zastępczej w Pucku. Rodziców zastępczych Małżonków Cz., skazano we wrześniu ubiegłego roku. Annę Cz. na dożywocie, Wiesława Cz – na 5 lat więzienia.
Dramat w rodzinie zastępczej w Pucku rozegrał się w 2012 roku, gdy do małżeństwa z dwójką dzieci trafiło jeszcze pięcioro powierzonych. W lipcu zmarł 3-letni Kacper, dwa miesiące później – jego 5 letnia siostra Klaudia. Rodzice zastępczy twierdzili że były to wypadki. Sąd Okręgowy w Gdańsku nie uwierzył w te zapewnienia i we wrześniu ubiegłego roku skazał Annę Cz. za zabójstwo na dożywocie, Wiesława Cz. za znęcanie się nad dziećmi na 5 lat więzienia. Dzisiaj rusza proces apelacyjny. Obrońca oskarżonej Borys Laskowski poinformował dziennikarzy, że we wniesionym do Sądu Apelacyjnego odwołaniu domaga się uchylenia wyroku dożywotniego więzienia i skierowania sprawy do ponownego rozpatrzenia. Odwołanie od wyroku sądu wniósł też obrońca Wiesława C., uznając, że wymierzona mężczyźnie kara jest zbyt surowa. Apelacji nie złożyła natomiast prokuratura.
