Finał procesu w sprawie śmierci dwójki dzieci w rodzinie zastępczej
W Gdańsku dziś finał procesu w sprawie śmierci dwójki dzieci w rodzinie zastępczej z Pucka. Wyrok mają usłyszeć rodzice zastępczy. Dla Anny Cz. prokuratura zażądała 25 lat więzienia, dla jej męża Wiesława Cz. 13 lat pozbawienia wolności. Dramat w rodzinie zastępczej w Pucku miał początek w lipcu w 2012 roku. W rodzinie opiekującej się dwojgiem swoich dzieci i pięciorgiem powierzonych doszło do śmierci 3-letniego Kacpra. Dwa miesiące później, we wrześniu, zmarła jego 5-letnia siostra Klaudia. Rodzice zastępczy utrzymywali, że były to wypadki, śledczy z Pucka ustalili jednak że dzieci zmarły wskutek pobicia. Annę i Wiesława Cz. oskarżono o śmiertelne pobicie chłopca, a kobietę dodatkowo o zabójstwo dziewczynki. Dziś dowiemy się, czy sąd okręgowy w Gdańsku przychyli się do wniosku prokuratury – o łączną karę dla matki zastępczej w wysokości 25 lat więzienia i 13 lat dla jej męża. Ogłoszenie wyroku zaplanowano na godzinę 11:00.
