Pstrąg to pyszna ryba, idealnie nadająca się na festiwal rybny. Organizatorzy organizując Festiwal Pstrąga (14 lipca – 17:00-22:00 ) chcą zaprezentować wszelkie walory smakowe poprzez wykorzystanie różnych technik gotowania, łącząc z różnymi dodatkami takimi jak warzywa i owoce morza.
Podczas festiwalu Radio Kaszëbë będzie nadawać na żywo audycję Sobotni Ubaw.
Po zakończeniu I edycji festiwalu pstrąga organizatorzy będą się starali się aby ten dzień przerodził się w następnych latach w święto pstrąga w naszym mieście z udziałem wszystkich miejsc gastronomicznych. Uatrakcyjniając piknikami, muzyką i biesiadami nasze miasto, które jest związane z pstrągiem od wieków poprzez rzekę Zagórską Strógę oraz hodowle pstrąga, której właściciel może poszczycić się świeżością i smakiem swoich ryb.
