Factum zaprasza do udziału w projekcie „Jesteśmy tym, co jemy”
Aby poznać zasady zdrowego żywienia dzieci – stowarzyszenie Factum z Kościerzyny zaprasza dzisiaj rodziców na spotkanie z pielęgniarką środowiskową. To część projektu pod hasłem „Jesteśmy tym, co jemy”.
– To nie geny odgrywają główna rolę w preferencjach smakowych dzieci a właśnie zdrowe nawyki żywieniowe – mówi Joanna Niemczyk ze stowarzyszenia Factum.
Realizuje go wspólnie z kościerskim MOPS stowarzyszenie Factum. Oprócz warsztatów dla rodziców, organizatorzy planują prelekcje o zbilansowanej diecie maluchów w żłobkach a także akcje promocyjne na rynku miasta. Projekt jest dofinansowany w ramach ogólnopolskiego programu „1000 pierwszych dni dla zdrowia” Fundacji NUTRICIA. O zasadach zdrowego żywienia można się też dowiedzieć na stronie programu www.1000dni.pl. A dzisiejsze spotkanie dla rodziców odbędzie się w kościerskim MOPS o godzinie 12:00.
