Ekologiczną marinę na 2 tysiące jachtów planują w Kosakowie
Ma pomieścić 2 tys. jachtów i rozruszać żeglarską turystykę – w gminie Kosakowo przymierzają się do budowy ekologicznej mariny na wzór holenderski. Ma być zlokalizowana na łąkach pomiędzy Rewą a ujściem rzeki Redy do Bałtyku i docelowo zająć 700 hektarów.
– Koszt inwestycji szacowany jest na około 150 mln złotych, dlatego samorząd Kosakowa będzie szukał inwestorów wśród właścicieli tamtejszych działek – mówi wójt gminy Kosakowo, Jerzy Włudzik.
Pomysł samorządowcy podpatrzyli podczas niedawnej wizyty w Holandii. Marina w Kosakowie, podobnie jak te z kraju tulipanów, będzie inwestycją ekologiczną dzięki zastosowaniu naturalnych materiałów budowlanych. Dokumentacja mariny w gminie Kosakowo będzie gotowa do końca przyszłego roku. Pierwsze jachty mają z niej korzystać dwa lata później.
