Dziś pierwszy trening w Szpitalu Morskim im. PCK w Gdyni
W Szpitalu Morskim w Gdyni odbędą się dziś ćwiczenia dla pacjentów onkologocznych oraz tych, którzy zakończyli już proces leczenia.
Zajęcia odbywać się będą co tydzień pod okiem profesjonalnego trenera. Dzisiaj ćwiczenia pomagające poprawić ogólną sprawność poprowadzi Tomasz Konieczny, trener Karate Klubu Gdynia. Wystarczy wziąć ze sobą wygodne, sportowe ubranie i obuwie oraz – jeśli posiadacie – również matę do ćwiczeń. Zajęcia w Szpitalu Morskim im. PCK w Gdyni rozpoczną się o 18:00. Potrwają 45 minut.
