Dzień Kobiet w PRL-u przypomną dziś w Gdyni
Mamy dziś 8. marca, w Gdyni przypomną dziś z tej okazji czasy PRL-u. Dzień Kobiet wtedy zobowiązywał. By go uczcić, przodowniczki pracy wyrabiały 300 procent słynnej normy. Temu tematowi będzie poświęcony dzisiejszy wykład w Laboratorium Innowacji Społecznych.
O tym, jak „świętowały” gdynianki pół wieku temu opowie Małgorzata Sokołowska – wydawca, publicystka, pisarka, autorka książki „Kobiety Gdyni. Z kraju i ze świata”. Prelegentka skupi się przede wszystkim na Lidze Kobiet. Była to jedyna organizacja kobieca w PRL, a jej świętym dniem był 8 marca. Tego dnia wszystkie członkinie Koła Ligi Kobiet stawały na rzęsach, by w godny sposób uczcić swoje święto. W Ekspozyturze PKS na przykład zobowiązywano się odrobić zaległości biurowe i zlikwidować analfabetyzm między pracownikami fizycznymi. Z kolei pracownice Dalmoru 8 marca patroszyły dużo więcej śledzi, niż na co dzień.
Wykład o fascynujących gdyniankach i ich losach odbędzie się o 17:00 – w Pracowni Laboratorium Innowacji Społecznych Pomorskiego Parku Naukowo Technologicznego Gdynia.
