    Dzień Dawcy Szpiku dla Marcela i Wiktora! | 15.10

    WIELKIE ODLICZANIE ROZPOCZĘTE Dzień Dawcy Szpiku dla Marcela i Wiktora! 15 października 2017 r.

    Przygotowania do akcji rejestracji potencjalnych dawców szpiku w Gminie Łęczyce oraz Gminie Luzino ruszyły pełną parą.

    Marcel ma 4 lata. Wraz z rodzicami oraz młodszymi siostrami: Livia i Mariką mieszka w Strzebielinie w gminie Łęczyce. Choruje na ostrą białaczkę limfoblastyczną.

    Wiktor ma 7 lat. Pochodzi z Mrzezina w gminie Puck, gdzie mieszka razem z rodzicami i młodszymi siostrami: Anią i Dominiką. Choruje na ostrą białaczkę limfoblastyczną.

    Chłopcy są wielkimi pasjonatami samochodów. Wiktor zna wszystkie marki, a ulubionymi zabawkami Marcela są różnego rodzaju samochodziki i resoraki. Diagnoza związana z chorobą zakłóciła beztroskie dzieciństwo chłopców. Ich rodzice każdego dnia walczą o życie swoich pociech i powrót do normalnego życia. Dlatego pokaż wsparcie, przyjdź i zarejestruj się jako potencjalny Dawca krwiotwórczych komórek macierzystych i szpiku. Pomożesz? Bo możesz – masz to w genach!

    Rejestracja podczas tego Dnia Dawcy będzie prowadzona za pomocą pobrania wymazu
    z     błony śluzowej z wewnętrznej strony policzka. W akcji weźmie udział wielu wolontariuszy, którzy będą wspierać wszystkie osoby, które będą chciały dołączyć do grona potencjalnych dawców szpiku w tym dniu.

    Rejestracja potencjalnych dawców odbędzie się:

    Data: niedziela, 15 października 2017 r.

    Godzina: 09:00 – 16:00

    Miejsce 1: Zespół Szkół i Przedszkola

    ul. Marii Curie Skłodowskiej 1, Strzebielino Osiedle

    Miejsce 2: Szkoła Podstawowa nr 2 im. prof. Gerarda Labudy w Luzinie

    ul. Mickiewicza 22, Luzino

    Kto może zostać dawcą?

    Zarejestrować może się każdy zdrowy człowiek pomiędzy 18 a 55 rokiem życia, ważący minimum 50 kg (bez dużej nadwagi). Zajmuje to tylko chwilę, polega na przeprowadzeniu wstępnego wywiadu medycznego, wypełnieniu formularza z danymi osobowymi oraz pobraniu wymazu z błony śluzowej z wewnętrznej strony policzka. Na podstawie pobranej próbki zostaną określone cechy zgodności antygenowej, a jeśli okaże się, że kod genetyczny dawcy zgadza się z kodem genetycznym chorego, wtedy dochodzi do przeszczepienia. Wszyscy, którzy chcą się zarejestrować, powinni mieć ze sobą dokument tożsamości z nr PESEL.

    Rejestracja dla dawców jest bezpłatna, ale jej koszt to 180 zł, który Fundacja DKMS pokrywa dzięki wsparciu osób prywatnych lub firm. Ty również możesz dołożyć do tego przysłowiowa cegiełkę.

    Każda, nawet najmniejsze wsparcie finansowe pozwoli nam pozyskać więcej potencjalnych Dawców. Wiedząc, że rejestracja w bazie jest bezpłatna, będziemy wdzięczni, jeśli pokryjesz choćby jej część przekazując darowiznę na konto o numerze: 15 1240 6292 1111 0010 6197 7669 z dopiskiem: SLM002.     Fundacja DKMS to aktualnie największa baza dawców szpiku w Polsce, w której zarejestrowanych jest i ponad 1 151 985 (sierpień 2017) potencjalnych dawców szpiku, a już 4 459 (sierpień 2017) osób oddało swoje komórki macierzyste lub szpik, dając szansę na życie pacjentom zarówno w Polsce, jak i na świecie.
