Etnofilologia kaszubska nie ruszy bez dofinansowania
Bez pomocy środków z budżetu państwa nie uda się otworzyć etnofilologii na Uniwersytecie Gdańskim – pierwszego kaszubskiego kierunku na uczelni wyższej. Jak zapowiadają działacze – będą pisać memorandum do rządu w Warszawie.
Etnofilologii nie udało się utworzyć, bo Kaszubi unieśli się pychą i wyłamali ze wspólnoty z innymi mniejszościami – oceniała dobitnie wczoraj w Warszawie działaczka łemkowska profesor Olena Duć-Fajfer, która jest też wykładowcą na kierunku filologii rosyjskiej ze specjalnością łemkowską. Taki mniejszościowy kierunek udało się otworzyć już kilka lat temu na Uniwersytecie Pedagogicznym w Krakowie. Finansowany jest doraźnie z grantu otrzymywanego z Ministerstwa Administracji i Cyfryzacji. Jakiś czas temu wszystkie mniejszości domagały się systemowych rozwiązań, aby etnofilologie mniejszościowe finansować z Ministerstwa Szkolnictwa Wyższego. Niestety nie udało się – mówi profesor Duć-Fajfer. Przypomnijmy, etnofilologia miała być otwarta już w październiku tego roku. Kaszubi jednak zbyt pewnie przyjęli – że na ten kierunek znajdzie się 25 chętnych. Było jedynie 14tu. Przy takiej liczbie uczelni nie stać na otwarcie nowego kierunku. Dlatego będziemy pisać o dodatkowe środki z ministerstwa – zapowiada profesor Cezary Obracht Prądzynski. Jeśli uda się pozyskać środki, etnofilologia kaszubska ma zostać uruchomiona na Uniwersytecie Gdańskim w przyszłym roku akademickim.
