Zarzut znęcania się nad zwierzęciem ze szczególnym okrucieństwem – usłyszało dwóch mieszkańców gminy Wicko, którzy skatowali psa.
Lęborscy policjanci złapali ich na gorącym uczynku po informacji otrzymanej od mieszkanki gminy Wicko, która widziała dwóch mężczyzn ciągnących po ziemi bezwładne ciało psa. Na widok radiowozu obaj zaczęli uciekać, zostali zatrzymani po pościgu. Skatowane zwierzę przekazano weterynarzowi, jednak nie udało się go uratować.
Ze wstępnych ustaleń policji wynika, że właściciel psa, 40-letni mieszkaniec gminy Wicko chcąc pozbyć się zwierzęcia, przywiązał go liną do drzewa. Drugi z mężczyzn, 45-letni mieszkaniec tej samej gminy katował w tym czasie psa szpadlem. Później obydwaj próbowali zakopać żyjące jeszcze zwierzę. Obaj usłyszeli już zarzuty, grozi im kara pozbawienia wolności do 3 lat.
