Druga edycja Gdyńskiego Budżetu Obywatelskiego zakończona
Ponad 47,5 tysiąca Gdynian skorzystało z prawa głosu w budżecie obywatelskim 2015. To blisko o 7 tysięcy osób więcej niż w ubiegłym roku, gdy program ten debiutował.
W głosowaniu, które trwało od 25 października do 4 listopada wzięło udział 20 procent mieszkańców Gdyni. Największe poruszenie miało miejsce na Chwarznie-Wiczlinie, gdzie zagłosowało 40 procent uprawnionych – informuje zespół prasowy Urzędu Miasta. Niewiele mniejsze zainteresowanie było także na Grabówku i Wzgórzu Św. Maksymiliana. Najrzadziej głosowano w Śródmieściu – najprawdopodobniej dlatego, że była to jedyna dzielnica, w której oba projekty mieściły się w puli środków na nią przypadających. W Gdyńskim budżecie 2015 do podziału było ponad 4,5 mln złotych. Ze 179 projektów mieszkańcy 22 dzielnic wybrali do realizacji 39. W stosunku do zeszłego roku, w którym zwyciężyło 41 projektów, wybrane w tegorocznej edycji są większe, bardziej kosztowne i znacznie bardziej kompleksowe. Najwięcej głosów otrzymał projekt Aktywna Chylonia – zakładający budowę boiska wielofunkcyjnego, skoczni do skoku w dal i trójskoku, za 350 tysięcy zł.
Wśród projektów zakwalifikowanych do realizacji są przede wszystkim boiska, różnego typu instalacje do ćwiczeń fizycznych w przestrzeni miejskiej, place zabaw, a także projekty wyciszenia ruchu drogowego, remonty ulic i chodników oraz 2 – z 2 złożonych – wybiegi dla psów.
