Do wakacji przebudują stację kolejową w Helu
Będzie większa, bezpieczniejsza i zmieni się nie do poznania. Do wakacji Polskie Linie Kolejowe zakończą przebudowę stacji w Helu.
– Zwiększymy nie tylko komfort i bezpieczeństwo, ale także przepustowość – podkreśla Ewa Symonowicz-Ginter z zespołu prasowego PKP PLK.
To drugi etap szeroko zakrojonej rewitalizacji odcinka kolejowego Reda – Hel. Do prac nad stacją przystąpiono wiosną ubiegłego roku, teraz zbliżają się ku końcowi. Najbardziej istotną zmianą będzie dodanie nowego toru. W ramach przebudowy helskiej stacji zostaną również podwyższone i poszerzone perony, powstaną m. in. pochylnie dla osób niepełnosprawnych, nowe gabloty z rozkładami jazdy oraz system oświetlenia i nagłośnienia. PKP PLK zapowiada zakończenie modernizacji jeszcze przed wakacjami. Koszt tej inwestycji to 39 milionów złotych.
