Do Kościerzyny trafi 5 mln zł na rozwój szkolnictwa zawodowego
Ponad tysiąc uczniów ze szkół zawodowych w Kościerzynie skorzysta z dodatkowych praktyk, staży i kursów u pracodawców. Na realizację dwóch projektów edukacyjnych powiatowe starostwo pozyskało ponad 5 mln złotych ze środków unijnych.
– To będzie pierwszy w historii program, który unowocześni szkolnictwo zawodowe w powiecie – mówi starosta kościerski Alicja Żurawska.
Program realizowany będzie w dwóch Powiatowych Zespołach szkół nr 1 i 2 w Kościerzynie. Obejmie branżę budowlaną, transport, logistykę, motoryzację i elektronikę. Ponad 2 mln zł zostaną przeznaczone na modernizację bazy edukacyjnej w obu szkołach. Pozostała kwota zostanie wykorzystana na szkolenia dla nauczycieli oraz dodatkowe staże i płatne praktyki dla uczniów. Realizacja programu ma rozpocząć się w lutym przyszłego roku.
