Debatowali jak pogodzić działalność społeczną z biznesową
Brak akredytacji i kształcenie nowych kadr ekspertów to najpoważniejsze problemy stojące przed ekonomią społeczną – sposobów na ich rozwiązanie szukano na pierwszym Forum Ekonomii Społecznej w Gdyni.
– Oznacza to m. in. odpływ ekspertów oraz spadek zainteresowania naszą branżą i temu chcemy zaradzić – mówi Filip Jędruch z organizującego forum Ośrodka Wsparcia Ekonomii Społecznej z Gdańska.
To młody model biznesowy, który prócz przynoszenia zysków jest zorientowany na publiczną użyteczność przedsięwzięcia, m.in. walkę z wykluczeniem i ubóstwem. Działalność przedsiębiorstw społecznych utrudnia jednak wstrzymanie w styczniu tego roku systemu akredytacyjnego, który miał umożliwić im sięganie po unijne środki. Sposobów na przezwyciężenie problemów szukano podczas warsztatów podzielonych na cztery bloki tematyczne, dyskutowano m.in. o sieciowaniu i przepływie informacji czy metodach godzenia działalności społecznej z biznesową.– Mimo że to pierwsze spotkanie, to już padło kilka ciekawych pomysłów – mówi doradca kluczowy z Ośrodka w Gdańsku Ryszard Kandzora. W pierwszym Gdyńskim Forum Ekonomii Społecznej wzięło udział ponad 30 uczestników.
