„Dar Młodzieży” wypłynie w rejs na Morze Śródziemne
„Dar Młodzieży” wypłynie w sobotę w Gdyni w rejs na Morze Śródziemne – na jego pokładzie w pierwszy rejs wyruszą studenci gdyńskiej Akademii Morskiej.
„Dar Młodzieży” popłynie do francuskiego Sète, gdzie pod koniec marca odbędzie się żeglarski festiwal z okazji 350-ej rocznicy utworzenia tego portu. Na trasie jest też Barcelona, gdzie rozpocznie się ten historyczny zlot. W rejs szkoleniowy „Dar Młodzieży” zabierze ponad stu dwudziestu studentów AMG. We Francji zmienią ich studenci Akademii Morskiej w Antwerpii, którzy podczas miesięcznej atlantyckiej żeglugi zawiną na Azory. Studenci szkolić się będą na na świeżo wyremontowanej jednostce. Po ponad 30 latach odświeżono wnętrza Daru Młodzieży, wymieniono wysłużony sprzęt, zrekonstruowano drewniane elementy, wyremontowano mostki i zmieniono olinowanie.
Żaglowiec rzuci cumy przy Nabrzeżu Pomorskim w Gdyni w sobotę o godzinie 11:00.
