Czy wzrosną opłaty za wywóz śmieci w kościerskich gminach?
Nawet o kilkadziesiąt procent mogą wzrosnąć w kościerskich gminach opłaty za wywóz śmieci. To wynik złej sytuacji finansowej w Związku Gmin Wierzyca.
– Opłata dla gospodarstw jednoosobowych może wzrosnąć aż o 77 proc. a dla wieloosobowych o około 30 proc. – mówi burmistrz Kościerzyny Michał Majewski.
W jego skład wchodzi 17 gmin z powiatu starogardzkiego i gdańskiego oraz 6 gmin z powiatu kościerskiego. To gmina Kościerzyna, Karsin, Stara Kiszewa, Nowa karczma, Liniewo oraz miasto Kościerzyna. Samorządy wchodzące w skład Związku sprzeciwiają się tak dużej podwyżce i dlatego fiaskiem zakończyło się kolejne spotkanie w tej sprawie. – Alternatywą dla podwyżek mogą być zwiększone wpłaty samorządów do budżetu Związku – mówi wójt gminy Kościerzyna Grzegorz Piechowski. Przyczyną złej sytuacji finansowej Związku jest między innymi niedoszacowanie wpływów z tytułu wywozu śmieci. Planowano, że będzie je płacić 195 tysięcy odbiorców a opłaty wpływają jedynie od 165 tysięcy gospodarstw domowych. Kolejne spotkanie Związku w sprawie podwyżek odbędzie się w najbliższą środę.
