Czy w Stężycy powstanie nowoczesna oczyszczalnia ścieków?
Jest szansa, że w Stężycy jeszcze w 2015 roku powstanie nowoczesna oczyszczalnia ścieków warta 12 milionów złotych. Gmina chce skorzystać z ostatnich w tym roku konkursów na środki unijne. Przypomnijmy, że gmina do tej inwestycji przygotowuje się od dawna. Oczyszczalnia miałaby zapewnić bezpieczeństwo ekologiczne gminie, być nowoczesna i energooszczędna. Na to potrzeba aż 12 milionów złotych, z czego prawie 9 mln gmina może pozyskać z Unii Europejskiej. Warunkiem byłoby jednak zrealizowanie inwestycji od końca przyszłego roku. To będzie trudne zadanie – podkreśla wójt Tomasz Brzoskowski. O środki unijne na budowę oczyszczalni wnioskować będzie gminna spółka komunalna, która ma zapewnić również wkład własny w budowę inwestycji. Gmina rozważa w tej sprawie uruchomienie dopłat z budżetu gminy do ceny ścieków.
