Czy każdy kto porusza się po Zatoce Puckiej jest przestępcą?
Czy każdy kto porusza się po wodach Zatoki Puckiej jest przestępcą? Obowiązujące przepisy żeglugi na Zatoce Puckiej są niejasne dla żeglarzy i surferów, a na plany ich poprawek ze strachem patrzy branża turystyczna. Szansą na wyjaśnienie sytuacji ma być dzisiejsze spotkanie w Urzędzie Morskim w Gdyni. Już dwa lata temu sejmik województwa Pomorskiego podjął uchwałę o ochronie Nadmorskiego Parku Krajobrazowego – którego terenem jest praktycznie cała Zatoka Pucka. Zamiast dostosować przepisy do żeglugi morskiej i specyfiki Małego Morza urzędnicy skopiowali paragrafy dotyczące choćby Parku na Wzgórzach Morenowych w Trójmieście. Paradoks tej sytuacji wskazuje Aleksander Celarek, szkutnik z Półwyspu Helskiego. Uchwała sejmiku województwa obowiązuje już od dwóch lat, od dwóch lat jest też systematycznie łamana przez większość jednostek na zatoce. Teraz jednak trwają prace nad poprawkami przepisów dotyczących żeglugi, a także Obszaru Natura 2000. Ten ostatni obejmuje większość terenów półwyspu helskiego i okolic wykorzystywanych przez branżę turystyczną. Na dzisiejsze spotkanie w Urzędzie Morskim w Gdyni wstęp jest wolny, rozpocznie się ono o godzinie 12:00. Do sprawy będziemy powracać na naszej antenie.
