Czy będzie plan walki z umowami śmieciowymi?
To ma być koniec umów śmieciowych. Rząd zapowiada, że jeszcze w tym roku wprowadzi obowiązek płacenia wyższych składek ZUS od umów cywilnoprawnych czyli umów – zlecenie. Problem dotyczy ponad miliona pracowników w Polsce i na Kaszubach. Zatrudnieni na podstawie umowy śmieciowej nie mają ubezpieczenia zdrowotnego i emerytalnego, ochrony pracy, płacy ani prawa do urlopu. Oficjalne dane mówią, że problem śmieciówek dotyczy miliona pracowników w Polsce. Zdaniem związkowców – to nawet 4 mln osób, bo normą jest zatrudnianie na umowę o pracę z minimalnym wynagrodzeniem i wypłacanie dodatkowych pieniędzy w ramach umów cywilnych albo „pod stołem”. Polski premier zapowiedział walkę z takimi praktykami – ma zostać zwiększona składka ZUS od umów – zlecenie, nie wykluczył też zmian w umowach o dzieło. Na konkrety czekają miliony pracowników. Nie wiadomo kiedy poznamy szczegółowe plany zmian w oskładkowaniu umów śmieciowych. Zdaniem ekspertów zmiany spowodują wzrost bezrobocia – szczególnie wśród młodych i powiększenie szarej strefy.
