Czas wyprzedaży trwa! Przypominamy o prawach konsumentów

Cena podana na metce jest obowiązująca, a produkty przecenione też podlegają reklamacji. Ruszyły sezonowe wyprzedaże, a o naszych prawach przypomina nam Urząd Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów. Nawet rzecz kupioną na wyprzedaży można reklamować. Mamy na to 2 lata.
Reklamację składamy w sklepie, w którym zrobiliśmy zakupy – najlepiej na piśmie. Do zgłoszenia reklamacji potrzebny jest dowód zakupu. Najprostszym jest paragon, który powinniśmy dostać od każdego sprzedawcy, ale może to być też potwierdzenie płatności kartą, wyciąg z konta, faktura, a nawet zeznania osób, które nam towarzyszyły podczas zakupów. Jeśli przy kasie okaże się, że mamy zapłacić więcej niż widniało na półce czy na metce – mamy prawo kupić produkt po cenie niższej, czyli tej która wpłynęła na naszą decyzję o zakupie. Kupując rzeczy na wyprzedaży, ekspozycji lub z promocji – mamy tyle samo praw, co w przypadku zakupu po cenie regularnej. Reklamując rzeczy kupione po 25-m grudnia – możemy żądać naprawy, wymiany, obniżenia ceny lub gdy wada jest istotna – zwrotu pieniędzy. Wybór należy do klienta.
