Czarno-złote flagi na maszty – dziś święto Kaszëbsczi Fanë
Dziś święto Kaszubskiej Flagi. Czarno – złote barwy są dziś szczególnie obecne w miejscach publicznych, powiewają też na prywatnych posesjach. Święto Kaszëbsczi Fanë to dobra okazja by przypomnieć całemu światu o barwach będących wyróżnikiem tożsamości Kaszubów – mówi prezes Kaszubskiego Instytutu Rozwoju Katarzyna Knopik.
Zachęca by użyć małych, samochodowych flag, które wspólnie rozdawaliśmy rok temu podczas święta. Święto jest okazją by w codziennym pośpiechu zatrzymać się na chwilę, dla tych którzy czarno – złotej flagi jeszcze nie mają może być też zachętą do zaopatrzenia się w chorągiew. I do tego by kaszubskie barwy były obecne w naszym życiu na co dzień. Obchody Święta Kaszubskiej Flagi zainicjowało w 2012 roku Stowarzyszenie Kaszëbskô Jednota – w rocznicę pierwszego wywieszenie czarno – złotej chorągwi. Było to 18 sierpnia 1929 roku w Kartuzach podczas założycielskiego zjazdu Zrzeszenia Regionalnego Kaszubów, gdzie odważono się publicznie wywiesić kaszubską flagę mimo nacisków ówczesnych władz.
