„Copernicus” wypłynął z gdyńskiego portu do Szwecji
Legendarny jacht „Copernicus” wypłynął z gdyńskiego portu do Szwecji. Weźmie udział w Wyścigu Legend podczas ostatniego etapu obecnej edycji Volvo Ocean Race.
Organizatorzy słynnych okołoziemskich regat na ich 45-lecie zaprosili uczestników poprzednich edycji. „Copernicus” będzie jednostką najstarszą i zarazem jedyną z pierwszych regat. Kapitanem podczas etapu regatowego będzie uczestnik historycznego rejsu Bronisław Tarnacki, a trymerem jego syn Piotr Tarnacki – znakomity polski regatowiec, siedmiokrotny mistrz świata w klasie Micro. Wyścig Legend na trasie z Göteborga w Szwecji do holenderskiej Hagi rozpocznie się 21 czerwca.
