Przyczynia się do tego zła organizacja pracy oraz używanie maszyn i pojazdów w złym stanie technicznym. W ubiegłym roku Kasa przeprowadziła ponad 4 tysiące szkoleń z udziałem 145 tys. rolników i ich dzieci, oraz osób związanych ze środowiskiem wiejskim.
