Chwalili się zabytkami i kaszubską tradycją
W kilkudziesięciu miastach w Polsce odbyły się w miniony weekend Europejskie Dni Dziedzictwa. Obchodzono je także w Wejherowie, gdzie chwalono się najcenniejszymi zabytkami sztuki sakralnej i kaszubską tradycją.
– Kaszubskie dziedzictwo zwiedzający poznawali podczas gier terenowych i warsztatów malarstwa na szkle – mówi Joanna Cichocka z wejherowskiego muzeum.
Dni Dziedzictwa to największy w Europie projekt społeczno edukacyjny, który promuje zabytki kultury materialnej poprzez darmowe zwiedzanie m.in. muzeów czy skansenów a także wystawy, warsztaty i happeningi. Swoje wystawy udostępniło też wejherowskie Muzeum Piśmiennictwa i Muzyki Kaszubsko Pomorskiej.
W Polsce Europejskie Dni Dziedzictwa obchodzone są od 1993 roku – Wejherowo bierze w nich udział od pierwszej edycji.
