Chmielno z tytułem „Gmina Atrakcyjna Turystycznie 2015”
Nagroda przyznawana jest w ramach plebiscytu „Orły Polskiego Samorządu”. Wyróżniane są w nim gminy, które mogą inspirować i być wzorem dla innych.
– To dla nas duży prestiż – ocenia dyrektor Gminnego Ośrodka Kultury w Chmielnie Edyta Klasa.
W ubiegłym roku wśród sześciu najlepszych samorządów w Polsce znalazł się Szemud z powiatu wejherowskiego. W tym roku w kategorii gmin atrakcyjnych turystycznie doceniono Chmielno, nazywane perełką Szwajcarii Kaszubskiej. Jak napisano w uzasadnieniu „gmina wykorzystuje swoje walory i potencjał rozwojowy oraz dąży do umocnienia swojej pozycji”. Nagroda zostanie wręczona podczas gali „Orły polskiego samorządu” w Warszawie 28 listopada. (Foto: csb.wikipedia.org)
