Chcą nawiązać współpracę z chińskim miastem Kaili w Chinach
W ubiegłym tygodniu, w magistracie przebywała chińska delegacja. Między stronami podpisano list intencyjny, w sprawie współpracy dwóch miast.
– Region zamieszkuje mniejszość etniczna, przez co jest ona bardzo podobny do Kaszub, mówi burmistrz Kartuz Grzegorz Gołuński.
Miasto Kaili uchodzi na jedno z najczystszych w Chinach. PKB miasta wynosi 3 mld dolarów, zamieszkuje je ponad pól miliona ludzi. Jest lotnisko, 4 stadiony, 2 muzea, 2 biblioteki. Burmistrz w ewentualnej współpracy między miastami, widzi wiele korzyści. Kartuzy od kilkunastu lat współpracują już z miastami w Niemczech i we Francji. (Foto: www.um.kartuzy.pl)
