Centrum Władysławowa zostanie uporządkowane
Taką możliwość daje podpisany właśnie akt notarialny. Zakończono w ten sposób kilkuletnie negocjacje z właścicielką gruntów przy ulicy Hallera, naprzeciwko Urzędu Miejskiego.
– Po dekadach stagnacji to miejsce zmieni dzięki wymianie miejskich gruntów na strategiczne działki w centrum – wyjaśnia burmistrz Władysławowa Roman Kużel.
Teraz nieużytki w śródmieściu mogą zostać zagospodarowane. Służyć mają temu miejskie inwestycje, jak budowa sieci wodno – kanalizacyjnej, dróg i chodników. Na nieużytkach w centrum Władysławowa przewiduje się budowę kamieniczek oraz utworzenie placu o funkcji reprezentacyjnej i wypoczynkowej.
