Centrum Sąsiedzkie powstanie w Gdyni na Witominie-Radiostacji
Rozstrzygnięto właśnie konkurs na koncepcję architektoniczną. To jedno z ważniejszych przedsięwzięć rewitalizacyjnych w Gdyni. Budynek powstanie u zbiegu ulic Rolniczej i Chwarznieńskiej – w pobliżu planowanego ciągu pieszo-jezdnego obejmującego ulice Uczniowską, Nauczycielską i Widną.
– Działania prospołeczne są kluczowe dla sześciu rewitalizowanych obszarów miasta – mówi wiceprezydent Gdyni Michał Guć.
Centrum wzbogaci nieodpłatną ofertę dla mieszkańców, ma być dopasowane do ich potrzeb i służyć integracji. Pomieści m.in. punkt konsultacyjny i terapeutyczny, bibliotekę oraz dwie sale – do zajęć ruchowych i warsztatowych. Nagrodą w konkursie na koncepcję architektoniczną centrum sąsiedzkiego na Witominie było 25 tys zł. Autorzy najlepszej pracy dostaną też szansę na sporządzenie projektu budowlanego i wykonawczego.
