Centrum Rozwoju Talentów otworzył w Gdańsku tamtejszy Powiatowy Urząd Pracy. Wsparcie w kreowaniu kariery zawodowej mogą tam uzyskać wszyscy mieszkańcy metropolii – do ich dyspozycji jest Akademia Kariery. Natomiast na zarejestrowanych w gdańskim pośredniaku czekają doradcy ze Strefy Rozwoju Osobistego.
Centrum Rozwoju Talentów mieści się w Olivia Business Centre. Misją ma być pomoc w określeniu mocnych stron i ich wzmacnianiu oraz uczeniu umiejętności, które podnoszą wiarę we własne siły. W ofercie są też praktyczne zajęcia z ekspertami – trenerami biznesu, marketingowcami, rekruterami, wizażystami czy specjalistami ds. nowych technologii.
