Sekcja wykazała jednak, ze dziecko zmarło z przyczyn naturalnych a sprawę umorzono. Dom dziecka w Mądrzychowie był wielokrotnie kontrolowany i nigdy nie dopatrzono się uchybień w jego funkcjonowaniu.
