Burzliwa sesja rady miasta w Kościerzynie
Wracamy do wczorajszej burzliwej sesji rady miasta w Kościerzynie. Część radnych z komisji rewizyjnej podważa ważność podjętej uchwały o udzieleniu absolutorium burmistrzowi miasta.
Zgodnie z ustawą o samorządzie gminnym, to komisja rewizyjna przygotowuje wniosek o udzielenie bądź nieudzielenie absolutorium. Mimo to wczoraj w Kościerzynie radni nie głosowali wniosku komisji, a projekt uchwały przygotowany przez przewodniczącą rady. To było przekroczenie uprawnień – ocenia przewodniczący komisji Krzysztof Barton. Dodawała radna Katarzyna Knopik. Swojej decyzji broni przewodnicząca Teresa Preis powołując się na orzeczenia Wojewódzkich Sądów Administracyjnych w Polsce, które w podobnych przypadkach dopuszczały zmiany treści uchwały. Jak zapowiadają radni komisji, uchwała zostanie zaskarżona, a jej ważność ocenią prawnicy Urzędu Wojewódzkiego w Gdańsku.
