Burza wokół nowych stawek za wywóz śmieci
Burza wokół nowych stawek za wywóz śmieci w kościerskich gminach. Od 3 miesięcy do porozumienia w tej sprawie nie mogą dojść członkowie Związku Gmin Wierzyca. Jak mówią jego przedstawiciele – podwyżki są nieuniknione, bo w budżecie Związku brakuje 5 mln złotych.
– W przypadku niesegregowanych śmieci stawki wyniosą odpowiednio – 42 i 81 zł. – mówi członek Zgromadzenia Związku i radny z Kościerzyny Zdzisław Radelski.
Należy do niego 20 gmin z powiatu starogardzkiego i gdańskiego oraz z kościerskiego: gmina Kościerzyna, Karsin, Stara Kiszewa, Nowa karczma, Liniewo oraz miasto Kościerzyna. Na ostatnim posiedzeniu Zgromadzeniu Związku większością głosów przyjęto nowe wyższe stawki. Zmieniono też sposób naliczania opłat: nie od osoby jak dotychczas a od gospodarstwa domowego. I tak w przypadku odpadów segregowanych gospodarstwo jednoosobowe zapłaci 24 zł, a dwu i więcej osobowe – 54 zł. Proponowane podwyżki oprotestowały już 3 największe spółdzielnie mieszkaniowe ze Starogardu Gdańskiego, Skarszew i Kościerzyny. Przeciwko głosowało 6 z 20 samorządów, w tym gmina Liniewo i Starogard Gdański. Podwyżek jednak nie da się uniknąć przekonuje Zdzisław Radelski, bo pod koniec ubiegłego roku Związek rozstrzygnął nowe przetargi, zgodnie z którymi przewoźnikom za wywóz śmieci płaci nawet o 90 proc. wyższe kwoty.
Protestowanie uchwały z podwyżkami zapowiedziały już władze Starogardu Gdańskiego, co zgodnie ze statutem Związku spowoduje jej unieważnienie i dalsze negocjacje członków Związku w sprawie wyjścia z kryzysu.
