Budynek komunalny powstanie na gdyńskim Oksywiu
Budynek komunalny powstanie w miejscu baraków na gdyńskim Oksywiu przy ulicy Dickmana. Zamieszka w nim 30 rodzin, pozostałe 50 czeka przeprowadzka. Nowy budynek wielorodzinny powstanie w ramach rewitalizacji Oksywia.
– Będą to głównie seniorzy – mówi wiceprezydent Gdyni Michał Guć.
Pierwotny plan zakładał kompleksową modernizację siedmiu budynków przy Dickmana. Okazało się, że są w takim stanie technicznym, że żadne poważne prace nie wchodzą w grę. Stąd decyzja o ich wyburzeniu. – Mieszkańcom zaproponowano mieszkania zamienne, część zamieszka w projektowanym domu. Powstaje już projekt budynku. Na czterech piętrach znajdzie się 30 mieszkań oraz ogólnodostępna świetlica. Obiekt ma być pozbawiony barier architektonicznych. Prace budowlane mają się rozpocząć jeszcze przed końcem bieżącego roku.
