Biznesplan dla Stoczni Gdańsk ma przedstawić ukraiński udziałowiec
Biznesplan dla Stoczni Gdańsk ma dziś przedstawić jej ukraiński udziałowiec. Problemy spółki będą dyskutowane na spotkaniu w Warszawie z przedstawicielami Agencji Rozwoju Przemysłu i Ministerstwa Skarbu Państwa. ¾ udziałów w Stoczni Gdańsk ma ukraińska spółka Shipyard Group, reszta należy do Agencji Rozwoju Przemysłu. Udziałowcy od kilku miesięcy nie mogą dojść do porozumienia w sprawie sposobu poprawy sytuacji zakładu. Do końca grudnia tego roku stocznia ma spłacić Agencji Rozwoju Przemysłu udzieloną przed kilkoma laty pożyczkę ratunkową w kwocie 103-ch milionów złotych. Dodatkowym problemem są długi wobec kontrahentów, w sumie firma potrzebuje około 180u mln zł. Oczekujemy, że zgodnie z ustaleniami, strona ukraińska przedstawi realny biznesplan dla Stoczni Gdańsk – powiedziała cytowana przez „Dziennik Bałtycki” rzeczniczka Ministerstwa Skarbu Państwa Agnieszka Jabłońska-Twaróg, która potwierdziła że w Warszawie odbędzie się dziś spotkanie w celu rozwiązania problemów stoczni. Wiceminister skarbu Rafał Baniak na początku listopada tłumaczył w Gdańsku, że „na bazie znowelizowanego biznesplanu można mówić o nowym, skorygowanym planie restrukturyzacji, o wydłużeniu procesu restrukturyzacji, czy o ewentualnym zwiększeniu kwoty pomocy publicznej”. Zaznaczył wówczas, że „ biznesplan nie przesądza o sukcesie potencjalnego dalszego zaangażowania się strony publicznej, natomiast stwarza podstawowe warunki, żeby takie ryzyko podjąć”.
