Nice Book Challenge w wejherowskiej bibliotece
Promocja czytelnictwa przez wyzwanie. Biblioteka w Wejherowie bierze udział w akcji Nice Book Challenge, w ramach której nominowane osoby czytają wybrane przez siebie książki.
Miejska biblioteka w Wejherowie podjęła rękawicę rzuconą przez placówkę ze Świecia. Wzorem akcji jest słynna Ice Bucket Challenge, tu dla odmiany nie trzeba polewać się zimną wodą. Nominowane osoby mają 48 godzin na zaprezentowanie fragmentu wybranej książki i wskazanie następnych lektorów z powiatu wejherowskiego.
– Celem jest promocja czytelnictwa – mówi dyrektor wejherowskiej biblioteki, Danuta Balcerowicz.
Tym bardziej że nominowani czytają też po kaszubsku. Przekład „Słonia Trąbalskiego” przeczytała starostwa wejherowska Gabriela Llisius, dyrektor wejherowskiego muzeum Tomasz Fopke wybrał fragment „Pana Tadeusza” po kaszubsku. Wójt gminy Wejherowo sięgnął po powieść „Żółti kam”. – To dobra okazja także do promocji czytelnictwa kaszubskiego – mówi Henryk Skwarło. Wójt gminy Wejherowo nominował autora książki, której fragment przeczytał – teraz głos należy do poety, tłumacza i publicysty kaszubskiego Stanisława Janke.
