Bezpłatna pomoc prawna w powiecie kartuskim od nowego roku
5 punktów nieodpłatnej pomocy prawnej powstanie od nowego roku w powiecie kartuskim. Wcześniej informowaliśmy już o powołaniu podobnych punktów w innych powiatach.
– W Stężycy punkt będzie mieścić się w gminnej bibliotece – mówi wójt Tomasz Brzoskowski.
Przypomnę więc, że od 1 stycznia, w całym kraju z bezpłatnej pomocy prawnej będą mogły korzystać osoby do 26 roku życia, osoby posiadające ważną Kartę Dużej Rodziny, seniorzy po ukończeniu 65 lat, kombatanci, weterani, zagrożeni lub poszkodowani katastrofą naturalną, klęską żywiołową lub awarią techniczną. W powiecie kartuskim pomoc prawna świadczona będzie w Urzędzie Gminy w Kartuzach, w Centrum Informacji Kryzysowej przy ulicy Gdańskiej – również w Kartuzach, w Sierakowicach, Żukowie i Stężycy.
W bezpłatnych punktach pomocy prawnej, uprawnieni będą mogli uzyskać informacje z zakresu prawa pracy, przygotowania do rozpoczęcia działalności gospodarczej, prawa cywilnego, karnego, administracyjnego, ubezpieczeń społecznych, rodzinnego oraz podatkowego. (Foto: www.biznes.pl)
