Bez podwyżek podatków od nieruchomości i środków transportu
W Kościerzynie nie będzie podwyżek podatków od nieruchomości i środków transportowych. To decyzja radnych, która przede wszystkim ma pomóc przedsiębiorcom, którzy coraz częściej uciekają do sąsiednich gmin z powodu zbyt dużych opłat.
– Musimy zatrzymać tę tendencję – mówił wczoraj na sesji burmistrz miasta Michał Majewski.
Podatki i opłaty lokalne to główne źródło dochodu gminy. W Kościerzynie ich stawki rosły jeszcze kilka lat temu, by teraz być jednym z większych w regionie. Za metr kwadratowy powierzchni budynku mieszkańcy zapłacą podatek w wysokości 68 groszy, a przedsiębiorcy – 20,85 zł.
