Będzie gruntowna modernizacja oczyszczalni ścieków w Kościerzynie
9 mln złotych ze środków unijnych na modernizację oczyszczalni ścieków w Kościerzynie chce pozyskać Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Infrastruktury „Kos-Eko”. Inwestycja została wpisana w Wieloletni Plan Rozwoju spółki kilka dni temu przyjęty przez miejskich radnych.
– To technologia, która dotychczas zarezerwowana była tylko dla dużych obiektów miejskich – mówi prezes Kos-Eko Robert Fenning.
Kościerska oczyszczalnia nie była remontowana od 11 lat. Wymaga gruntownej wymiany urządzeń oraz zmiany procesu technologicznego. Władze spółki planują wprowadzenie nowego systemu fermentacji osadów, który przyczyni się do ograniczenia zużycia energii w oczyszczalni. Modernizacja oczyszczalni ścieków w Kościerzynie ma kosztować 14,5 ł mln złotych. Z tego 63 procent kosztów spółka Kos-Eko chce pozyskać ze środków unijnych. Wniosek o dofinansowanie został złożony dwa dni temu.
