Będą wyjeżdżać wcześniej, ale z mniejsza częstotliwością
Pomorska Kolej Metropolitalna będzie kursować z mniejszą częstotliwością niż pierwotnie zakładano. Zmiany dotyczą pierwszego obsługiwanego odcinka z Gdańska Wrzeszcza do Osowej.
– Zmiany te wprowadziliśmy synchronizując je z rozkładem lotów gdańskiego lotniska – tłumaczy rzecznik PKP SKM, Marcin Głuszek.
Pierwsze pociągi PKM mają ruszyć na tory 1 września. Operator połączenia, SKM Trójmiasto początkowo zakładał kursy od godziny 4:00 do 23:00, a pociągi miały przewozić pasażerów co kwadrans. Zaprezentowany pod koniec lipca rozkład uległ jednak modyfikacji. Trasa Gdańsk Wrzeszcz – Osowa będzie obsługiwana o godzinę dłużej, pociągi nie będą też jeździły dokładnie w takt – czyli co piętnaście minut, mają kursować średnio 4 razy na godzinę. Od pierwszego października pociągi mają docierać już do Gdyni Głównej i Kartuz. Od połowy grudnia zapowiadane jest uruchomienie kolejnego połączenia, pomiędzy Gdynią, a Kościerzyną.
