Będą dodatkowe środki dla pomorskiego NFZ
Warszawa przekaże dodatkowe 36 milionów złotych dla pomorskiego oddziału NFZ. Środki jedynie w połowie pokryją tak zwane nadlimitowe zabiegi w naszych szpitalach.
Jak donosi Dzienni Bałtycki warszawska centrala dzieli środki według przyjętego kilka lat temu przez sejm algorytmu, który jest bardzo niekorzystny dla Pomorza. Na rozdzielonych 640 mln złotych w skali kraju, na Pomorze trafi jedynie 36 mln , co stanowi około 6% tej kwoty. Jak dowiedział się Dziennik, środki będą przeznaczone między innymi na tak zwane nadwykonania w szpitalach. Ogólna ich suma w tym roku to 63 mln złotych. Fundusz z dodatkowych środków zapłaci jedynie niecałą połowę z nich. Około 15-16 mln złotych przeznaczy za nadwykonania z zakresu procedur ratujących życie, czyli np. za chorych leczonych z powodu sepsy czy ciężkich obrażeń doznanych w wypadku. Kolejnych 8 mln zarezerwowanych jest na procedury nielimitowane, a więc porody, leczenie wcześniaków, ale również przeszczepy narządów oraz szpiku. Według pomorskiego NFZ – najwięcej nadwykonań mają w tym roku: Uniwersyteckie Centrum Kliniczne – 18 mln zł, Szpital im. Mikołaja Kopernika – 4 mln 200 tys. zł- oraz szpitale: w Chojnicach 4 mln, w Wejherowie – 3 mln 600 tys. oraz na Zaspie – 3 miliony złotych.
