Jeszcze tej jesieni wyjdzie drukiem antologia twórczości księdza Leona Heyke. Okazją są obchody roku poświęconego temu poecie, pisarzowi, publicyście kaszubskiemu i nauczycielowi.
– Antologia ma być gotowa w rocznicę jego urodzin – wyjaśniał Jarosław Ellwart z wydawnictwa Region, które przygotowuje antologię we współpracy z Muzeum Piśmiennictwa i Muzyki Kaszubsko Pomorskiej oraz Biblioteką w Szemudzie, której patronem jest ksiądz Leon Heyke.
Ksiądz Leon Heyke urodził się w 10 października 1885 roku w Cierzni w powiecie wejherowskim, zginął w październiku 1939 roku zamordowany w Lesie Szpęgawskim. Jeden z wielkiej trójcy poetów i pisarzy młodokaszubskich obok Jana Karnowskiego i Aleksandra Majkowskiego, był pierwszym twórcą z Nordy. Pisał opowiadania, dramaty, wiersze, jego autorstwa jest także poemat Dobrogòst i Miłosława.
