Nie żyje Edmund Konkolewski z Wiela, znany gawędziarz i animator kultury kaszubskiej. Miał 98 lat. Był pomysłodawcą i założycielem wiejskiego koła PTTK i Domu Kultury w Wielu. Działał też w harcerstwie.
– Nie było we Wielu wydarzenia bez jego udziału, to dla nas wielka strata – mówi dyrektor wielewskiego Domu Kultury Justyna Piekarska.
Był honorowym obywatelem gminy Karsin, szeroko znanym laureatem wielu turniejów gawędziarzy. Pogrzeb Edmunda Konkolewskiego odbędzie się w najbliższy piątek o 10.00 w kościele pw. św. Mikołaja w Wielu.
