Panie z oddziału ZKP z Pileców wygrały Tytuł Mistrza Kulinarnego
Panie z oddziału ZKP z Pileców – czyli Jastrzębiej Góry, wygrały Tytuł Mistrza Kulinarnego Zrzeszenia Kaszubsko-Pomorskiego. Ponad 150 osób zjechało wczoraj do Garcza koło Kartuz, by obejrzeć na żywo Bitwę Kulinarną. A było co oglądać – trzyosobowe drużyny: z Brus, Chmielna i Jastrzębiej Góry gotowały przed publicznością potrawy według tradycyjnego przepisu z książki Zyty Górnej – prezeski Stowarzyszenia Kobiet ze Zgorzałego. Panie w ciągu 75 minut, musiały przygotować: zupę ziemniaczaną, pulki z sosem rybnym i drożdżówkę, czyli młodzowi kuch. A to wszystko przy nieustająco dopingującej publiczności. Sukces pań z Jastrzębiej Góry tym większy, że panie gotowały potrawy z książki w której znajdziemy tradycyjne przepisy charakterystyczne dla środkowych i południowych Kaszub. Ich autorką jest Zyta Górna ze Stowarzyszenia Kobiet Zgorzałego, która wspólnie z koleżankami promuje kuchnię kaszubską – na jarmarkach i targach turystycznych w całej Polsce, promowała też Kaszuby w Brukseli.
