W Gdyni jest blisko 2300 chętnych na „Mieszkanie Plus”
W Gdyni jest blisko 2 tys 300 chętnych na „Mieszkanie Plus”. To ponad 13 razy więcej niż dostępnych lokali. O tym, że zainteresowanie będzie duże świadczyła już frekwencja pierwszego dnia naboru wniosków. 26 października złożono ich blisko 700.
Mieszkania w ramach rządowego programu mają powstać w dzielnicy Kacze Buki. Przy ul. Puszczyka będzie w sumie sześć budynków, które pomieszczą 172 lokale. Przyszli najemcy mieli do wyboru mieszkania od jedno- do pięciopokojowych. Mogli również zdecydować się na opcję najmu, w tym także z dojściem do własności w różnych okresach – od 15 do 30 lat. Jak informuje zespół prasowy miasta Gdynia – największą popularnością cieszyły się opcje z dwoma pokojami, które wybrało 40 procent składających wniosek. Dodatkowo w 80 procentach wybrano możliwość stopniowego dochodzenia do własności lokalu. Urzędnicy będą teraz weryfikować wnioski – m.in. sprawdzać ich kompletność oraz zdolność czynszową wnioskodawców.
